In this game government will provide a financial support of 5 lakh rupees to eligible couples. Funds are provided through the direct benefit transfer mode, which is linked to the Bhamashah card account.

Eligibility Criteria for a Couple

• The bride and groom are both permanent residents of Rajasthan state.
• One person in the couple must belong to the scheduled caste (SC), and the other person is from General OBC or SBC.
• Age limit is also a very important parameter, in which the bride is a minimum of 18 years and the groom’s age is a minimum of 21 years. This financial support amount will be given to maximum 35 years of age.
• This scheme is only applicable for the first marriage of both.
• Your marriage should be legally registered in Rajasthan.
• The application form for Dr Savita Ben Ambedkar Inter caste marriage will be submitted within one year of the marriage date.
• The annual income of a couple is not more than 2.5 lakh.
• The Bhamashah card is required to apply for the scheme. Widow applicants with no children are also eligible, and they have to produce their spouse’s death certificate.

Financial Benefit

• In this scheme government will provide a total financial support is 5 lakh rupees to an eligible couple. This 5 lacs will be given in equal amounts, are mentioned below.
• The first 2.5 lakh financial support amount will be directly credited into the couple’s joint account if they apply within one year of marriage.
• The remaining 2.5 Lakh will be given as a fixed deposit in a joint account of the couple. This amount is fixed for 8 years, and the couple can withdraw this amount after 8 years of marriage.
• The Support amount will be given through the DBT mode, in which your Bhamashah card account is linked.

• Now, The Eligible couple can apply for this scheme from the Social Justice management system portal.
• You have any questions in your mind, then you can read the notification.
• Firstly, visit the sso.rajasthan.gov.in and create an account using your Aadhaar add some other details. If you already have an account, then login with your username and password, and fill in the capture code.
• When you successfully login then, select the SJMS portal from the services list.
• Now the entire list will be open, which is under the Social Justice department of Rajasthan. Now choose Dr Savita Ben Ambedkar inter caste marriage assistance scheme, and then click on the Apply Now button.
• Now you have to enter details of both the bride and groom in the application form, like Aadhar number, mobile number. Some details are automatically filled from Aadhar details. Now you have to enter your married details and upload a joint photograph.
