The Bihar State government is now going to provide financial assistance for the renovation of incomplete houses of the poor people. This financial assistance is given under the Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Sahayata Yojana, Bihar 2025. Information which is collected by us is that during this year there are total of 2670 poor beneficiaries are eligible from Bihar are eligible who are living in incomplete houses or houses that require renovation or repair are eligible. Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Sahayata Yojana
The benefit of this scheme is given to the beneficiaries district-wise. The Government under the Chief Minister Gramin Awas Sahayata Yojana is going to distribute the financial help of Rs 50,000 to each of the eligible beneficiaries of the Bihar State. Are total of 2670 beneficiaries have been selected to receive the money. By getting this help, they can all renovate, repair or complete the construction of their incomplete houses.
Apart from this, before 1st April 2010, for the renovation and repairs benefits given under the Indira Gandhi Awas Yojana. But the amount is just Rs 35,000, which is a very low amount. With this amount of Rs 35,000, they are unable to complete the construction of the house or renovate the old house.

बिहार मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास सहायता योजना 50 हजार रूपये घर मुरम्मत के लिए
बिहार के लोगो की घर की मुरम्मत और आधे अधूरे घरो ने निर्माण के लिए नितीश कुमार जी ने सभी लोगो के सपनो को 50 -50 हजार रूपये देने की घोषणा की है. इन पैसो के जरिये सभी लोग जिनके घर को मुरम्मत की जरूरत है और आधे अधूरे है वह सभी अपने घरो को ठीक कर सकेंगे. जिसमे की कुल 2670 गरीब लोग को जोड़ा गया है. योजना को पूरा करने के लिए 1135 लाख रूपये राज्य सरकार की तरफ से दिए गए है.
योजना का मुख्या रूप से लाभ उन लोगो को दिया जाएगा जिन्हें 1 अप्रैल 2010 से पहले घरो के निर्माण के लिए वित्तीय सहायता 35 हजार रूपये दी गई थी. हम सभी जानते है की 35 हजार रूपये घरो के निर्माण के लिए बहुत ही कम पैसे है. इसलिए अब मुख्यमंत्री के नेतृत्व में इन सभी आधे अधूरे घर की मरम्मत के लिए यह राशि दी जाएगी. लोग अपने घर और छत्तों की मरम्मत कर सकते है और अपनी स्थिति की सुधार सकते है.
Motive and Aim to Launch this Scheme
This scheme is mainly focus on all that citizen of the state whose houses are constructed under Indira Gandhi Awas Yojana before 1st April 2010. Because that time to complete the construction of the house, there is only Rs.35,000 will be given to the beneficiaries.
This amount is not enough for the competition of the house. So for that reasons, there are so many houses available in the state whose constructions, repair or renovation is still pending. Now under the instruction of the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, they are going to provide this financial aid of Rs.50,000/- to these beneficiaries, so that they can renovate their old house. After receiving the amount, poor people can repair their homes and can also reform their financial conditions.
