Mukhyamantri Guru Shishya Parampara Yojana
This scheme is known as the new government scheme of the Bihar State. This scheme is launched by the Bihar Government to preserve, promote and development of the culture of the Bihar State. Under which government decided to open 20 new centres all over the state, 20 experienced Teachers( Guru) will be appointed along with 20 accompanists. And then 160 young students will also be chosen for this scheme.
During the Training, the Experienced Teacher will get a monthly Salary of Rs 15,000 from the government, and the students also get a scholarship during their salary. The scholarship amount is Rs 3,000, which is given to the young students every month.

बिहार मुख्यमंत्री गुरु-शिष्य योजना
हाल ही में बिहार की राज्य सरकार ने बिहार की लुप्त परंपरिक कलाओ को दुबारा से पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए इस नई योजना जोकि मुख्यमंत्री गुरु शिष्य योजना है को शुरू किया है. जिसमे की जो राज्य के बरिष्ठ कलाकार है वो राज्य के युवाओ को करीब २ साल के लिए प्रशिक्षण देंगे. जिसके चलते राज्य में करिव 20 केंद्र खोले जायेंगे और हर केंद्र में एक गुरु और 8 शिष्य होंगे. जिन्हें गुरुओ द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा. आपको हर महीने 12 दिन केंद्र में आना ही होगा. जिसके चलते इन्हें गुरुओ को हर महीने 15 हजार रूपये वेतन और छात्रों को छात्रवृति के रूप में 3 हजार रूपये की प्रोत्साहन राशी दी जाएगी.
इस योजना के तहत ग्रामीण एवं शहरी दोनों क्षेत्रो की जो कलाए ख़तम हो रही है उन्हें वापिस लाना है. इसके लिए राज्य सरकार ने तो वित्तीय राशि भी दे दी है.
Motive to Launch This Scheme
The main motive to Launch this scheme of the state government of the Bihar is to preservation and rare and extinct arts forms of the Bihar state. By launching this scheme, state government also wants to promote and developed its old culture in all over the India. So during the announcement of this scheme in the cabinet meeting the budget also release for the scheme of amount Rupees 11 Lakhs 60 Thousands. With the help of this scheme, the state government of Bihar also make effort to preserve the old and rich heritage culture and various arts forms of the Bihar.
Features of the scheme
- Under this scheme, the state government appoints the experienced Guru (Teacher 20) and 20 accompanists in each of the centres that are opened by the state government.
- There are 20 Center are going to be open under the scheme and for all these center 160 young students are selected to gives the training about the old and heritage culture of the Bihar.
- It is important for every students during the training they have to attend the same training for at least 12 days of every month.
- After the completion of training the grand convocation ceremony conducted by the government in which students will show their arts forms which they learn from their trainer.
Salary and Scholarship Amount
During the training teacher or Guru will get the monthly Salary of Rs.15,000 by the government. And on the other Hand the accompanist will get the monthly Salary of Rs.7,500. Apart from, students will also received the scholarship amount of Rs.3,000 every month. Amount will directed credited in the bank account.
