- Age limit: This scheme is only applicable for the children age in between 6 to 14 years.
- Financial condition: Family those belong to economical weak section, or BPL Section are came in thi scheme. The annual income limit is different in different states.
- Preference to reserved category students: In the scheme, students who belong to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC, Economically Weak Section and Disabled Children will get preference.
- Compulsory School enrolment: Student who want to avail the benefit this scheme must be enrol in any government School.
- Daily wage Labourers children facility: Government provides special facility for the working class like daily wage labourers or working in unorganised sector. There children will get priority.
